Need design to stitch a dress

My sis in law has got this un stitched suit and needs some stylish way to get it stitched, its chiffon black with silver cut work at bottom.
please reply soon as its urgent.

Hmm how about adding panels on the side of plain black chiffon or chiffon with silver mukesh.
silver tissue finish would look good, or of black and silver jamawar.
