I quite like d basic chaat my mum makes - its as follows:

some cubed potatoes (boiled)
can of chickepeas (chaneh)
1 finely sliced onion
2-3 finely sliced green chillies
1 finely diced tomato
pinch of garam masala
salt and red chilli powder to taste
couple of squirts of lemon juice

Alternatively, u can add some yoghurt to it if u like d saucey version of chaat - or add sweetcorn and/or kidney beans..

yup thats how i make the chat n to top it add 2 spoon of yougurt n imli ki khatti meethi chutni yum yum
