Whats ur location ?
In Canada you need to go to your local Ontario Licence issuance office and request for
a vehicle history by providing Vin # for $25.
You may also request Carfax online just pay by your credit card.
History Such as Lien check, Accidents, Insurance Claims and current status of driveability
are given. If the car history shows 'Salvage' then do'nt buy this car. etc etc etc
