Assalamualekum,
We are residing in USA and have a 14 yrs older son going to be in High School next year September. His ambition for militiry is getting higher and higher with age we are looking for a good Cadet College in Pakistan that offers a discipline and quality education. We heard of Pakistan Steel Cadet College, Cadet College Pitaro, Cadet College Hasan Abdal. What is the criteria for admission there and can 9th grader be admitted by giving admission test and interview? Can anyone give me the websites for these colleges or whatever info be given will be appreciated.

PS: There are few other boarding colleges but they are not directly related to Army but indirectly. Further more you can use google to look further colleges.
Most cadet colleges take inductions either into the 8th grade, or 11th grade. Since your son is going into highschool next year, his only chance is to join a cadet college in the 11th grade. Afterwards, he would study there till the 12th grade, and then have to go through a rigorous induction process for one of the 3 military academies (Army-Kakul, Navy-Karachi, Airforce-Risalpur).
Cadet colleges that train you best for these 3 academies are Military College Jhelum (Army), PAF College Sargodha(Airforce) and I believe, Steel Cadet College (Navy). The school year for the 11th grade starts around September, so the application process must be started at least 6-8 months before that, as the induction process is rigorous and long.
