Hi there, Im new to this site and just saw this part of gs :D, well I have my sisters friends coming over for her Bday and she requested me to make something “different”, like italian/chinese. The thing is I’m pretty comfortable with the desi food but me and mom have never tried to make italian or chinese. I dont want to ruin my sisters day lol but I’m just thinking has anybody got any advice on some chinese or italian recipes…i mean something simple please!

Fauzia’s Kitchen Fun on facebook has some good recipes! Google and they have a website also! Stuff like egg fried rice, chicken chow mein, and manchurian are nice chinese dishes and simple to make!
For italian you could make a lasagne? Home made pizzas!?!

Thank you!! I just went on youtube, saw this program called Dawaat!! It is awesome!! and yes the chef was also teaching pizza and pasta recipes, hmm chicken chow mein? wow i never thought of that one! Thanks once again
