No no I am still in Queens. Suburbs.. Bayside. I fell in love with this place when I saw it. I looked at soooooooo many different places and I picked this area. Apparently its one of the most expensive area in Queens also one of the safest in NYC. I am not a fan of LIRR but oh well.. We do have a car.. just one . I like LI but I am not crazy about it. I want to stay in NYC … suburbs work fine.

I agree with you…Bayside is quite nice. I’ve been renting for a long time, but now with the little one, I want to have a backyard. I looked in Rockland, Westchester & as far away as Orange…but the reason I like LI is due to the many masajid and indo/pak grocery stores. I do not like the LIE…but I’ve made that compromise.
