Not insanely expensive. We got a nice house .. second floor… 3 bedroom.. fully renovated for 1900. Oh and 2 bath. Its not that expensive. No parking issues.. we have our own drive way so I don’t have to pay for parking like I was before. Now the only issue is, its only me hubz and our 6 month old baby and 3 rooms.. lol. Its a big house I think for our family but oh well.

wow…that’s a pretty good price methinks..

and dont’ worry, eventually those 3 rooms will start feeling too small
