Umm.. I’m not sure which bayside are you talking about?! Like there is manhasett bay, bayville or oyester bay .. But as I said earlier, the whole LI is expensive with more taxes esp if you live in more white ppl area.

I was referring to the Bayside in Queens. I agree that some areas in LI is expensive but taxes are a way of life (unfortunately). But there are good solid areas with reasonable taxes.
