Salaam Guppies! Recently one of my relative in pakistan advised me to drink Safi which he thought was good for 'detoxifying the blood". To his advice, i start using it daily. According to the company 'Hamdard" it says there are no side effects involve. I just wanted to know if any one else has or is using it and if they noticed any changes on long term usage of it???. P.S (I am very concerned about the side effects of medications even if its herbal). So Guppies, how many of you are hooked on or have tried “safi” b4?
i've tried it for myself n for my kids too
all what i know is there r no side effects ....n hamdard is a reliable name:)
‘Safi se khoon saaf chehra shadaab’
thats the Safi ad they show on PTV…
Its really bitter and difficult to drink, I didn’t use it regularly but I know ppl who have and some of them have quite good things to say abt it… and its supposed to clear up your skin and generally be good for your health like your digestive system as well…
Khair, its worth giving it a try, its quite popular back home and its herbal so no side effects as such…
it is sadi that whatever you use it for , the effects will only start showing after atleast two small bottles…
Afia baji: :k: thanks for your reply and i think usually younger kids have good metabolism so they digest any thing we give them…(talking from my own experience
. I think i will continue to use it because once again i grew up reading “hamdard-nonehal”![]()
Irem: thanks for ur reply too…i will update you on its benefits after a while as i try it myself. As for the taste, i just lov
safi.
to the taste of safi …(Irem running with a belon wala icon).
Allahafiz for now!
^
faisal bhai get ur tastebuds checked
Other than its HORRIBLE taste, its supposedly very good. The taste itself is the WORST side-effect, anyway. Or atleast it was back then. I don't know if they improved the taste now.
A lot of teens use it, as its supposedly good for acne.
My mom made us drink it every morning when we were younger, the taste was horrible but she wanted us to drink it because it was good for us. I bet she'd make us drink it again if she could find some good quality stuff (or something). So, she started making karailay and we ate them cause they're good for you. Why is it that what's good for you tastes bad, too?
If you don't like SAFI, eat shalghum. Suna hay, woh bhee khoon sa'af kartay haiN!
errr what does it mean when u say "khoon saaf karti hai" what exactly does it do? what are its ingredients are we talking antioxidants?
jee
aur us ke ilawa
KARELAY
NEEM ka PANI
they also serve the same purpose and the last two even taste like safi :yukh:
Safi test karne ke baare main to pata nahin kyonke kabhi use ki nahin (have i missed much?)..haan par us ko botal par aik intehai ajeeb se aadmi bana hota tha…uske haath main aik adad ranch/belchay type ki cheez hoti thi jis ko woh zor zor se apni back par ragar raha hota tha-talk about expressive advertising ![]()
