need advice..natural makeup?

heyy..i wanted to know how i can achieve this very au natural look..i mean like not wearing tooo much makeup but still look pretty?
all of my friends are natural beauties.they dont use ANY makeup at all but still manage to look gorgeous. i always feel soo caked on in fornt of them even though i just use mascara, eyeliner and lipgloss/lipstick..ok sounds much lol
well im v v pale..i have extremly dark hair..brown eyes etc. typical pakistani facial features.. i need ur help guys :confused: thx in advance! :slight_smile:

Ok you need to find ONE thing that is ur BEST feature and just ENHANCE it. Even on no make up days people tend to wear mascara.

So i would deffo opt for the eyes, I've always used black mascara for a amazingly dramatic look. But now that i havnt dyed my hair in a while and its gone back to its light brown hair. I use a black/brown mascara and gives me a natural yet wow look..... Am i making sense?

I always use a LIIGHTT coat of foundation just very lightly that you cant even see it.
a teeeeeeeny bit of blusher on the apples of your cheeks and a light amount of lipgloss.

If you have clear skin just opt for concealar for little inperfections.

Tinted moisturiser - for light coverage, and to even out your skintone (use concealer for any flaws)

Cream blusher - lightly dabbed onto the apples of your cheeks to give you that fresh-faced glow

Brown/black mascara - one coat to add definition to eyes, comb through lashes to remove clumpiness

Lip balm - so your lips are moisturised. Add clear gloss if you want

And you're good to go. :)

I dunno if this will work for you but this is what i tend to do when going for that kind of look: curl ur lashes and a coat of mascara. Lip and cheek stain and well groomed brows and chapstick. If ur like upping it up a bit then go for like a lite powder to even out skin tone.

Why exactly do you feel so inadequate? You sound beautiful...

THANKSS GUYS!!! you helped me a lot! :- ) ..one question: i have never used brown mascara..does it look good with black hair? because i always color my hair into jet-black.
@ stark: lol im v v veeeeeery insecure about my looks! i feel so ugly around other people...dont know why..thats the case since i was young (it started when i was about 7) i felt everyone in my family-and friends circle is SOOO much more beautiful then me :S well yeah..low self-esteem lol

If you have clear skin use a tinted moisturiser, otherwise a good concealer and powder. Use earthy tones for u're eyes, lips.. and a dark brown eyeliner instead of a harsh black. Tawny blush and clear lipgloss!

These days MA my skin’s in the best condition that it has ever been. Here’s what I use:

A little bit of concealer under my eyes
A tiny bit of pink blusher ( MAC’s pinch o peach)
Eye pencil or an eye liner

I would advice you to stay away from foundation as much as possible. You don’t want to ruin your skin just yet. If you want you could use a nice light coloured lipgloss or lip balm ( Body Shop has a nice strawberry scented one :cb:)
