Hi guys!

so this is my sort of first proper thread here :slight_smile: I love GS, it keep you in touch with so much fashion and amazing people!

Ok so my good friend is getting married and i needed to gift her something, so we decided ill gift her the outfit she wears inher inlaws the next day of the valima… IMO it should be heavy but not too heavy… so i found this lovely dress on FB … let me know if this is good for the ‘occasion’ so to say :slight_smile:
The seller has also sent me images of the original shirt and it reads sana safinaz :slight_smile: I also got another heavy shirt for my friend from DD for her pre wedding dholki and she looks beautiful in it-

Have you shown thi picture to your friend?? If she likes it and she wants to wear it go for it. you know what I mean. Some people like very heavy dress right after wedding, and most girls now days (including me) would like to be dressed light after wedding. It really is a personal choice, if she likes it go for it :)

I must say you are a wonderful friend to think so much for friend :)

Yup, I like it but I would love it if was in a brighter shade. Are you going to get it made in the same colour?

Can you please upload the pic of the original shirt?

My friend is getting married next summer and I have no idea what to gift her...?

Should I give her money, if so how much? Or should I buy her something instead? (She has expensive taste btw).

If u r confused ,what she will like ?and what should be given according to her taste and need then u should give a gift voucher with a wedding card.

hey!! thank you all for the lovely comments! well a bff needs to be taken care of, and i personally feel if you know the persons taste then clothes are the best thing!

I actually went to sana safinaz in lahore today and showed her the smaller image and she said that t is there design from last year, the seller advised me not to send the image with the designer tag.
i think ill prob go with this one, since she has loads of pink purple beige etc...

on another note: i ordered NEEDLESS TO SAY! a stunning gorgeous amazing!!!!!! bridal from sana safinaz in lahore today for my bhabhi, 2 for my mom to wear on the wedding, one for another bhabhi and one for me:)

They had a bridal showcase going on and it was the FIRST and probly the last time the bridals were sent to lahore... and they are alll HOOOOTTTTTT!! sorry no pics :S

Mine and my mom's 2 were ordered off 'images' taken in the khi studio, these dresses have only just arrived in khi as samples, and my own dress will arrive round about the same time as the sample for lahore does! sooo yayyyy no one else would have worn it yet! WOOHOOO
