Just paint her a pretty picture of what it would be like to Mrs. Nomi. Like how she’d have to be the breadwinner while you sit on the couch all day guzzling soda and munching on paapar and viewing porn…developing a Fanta belly. How she has to do your maata/pita’s saiva…which would including giving a hefty portion of her salary to them…as well as the cooking and pocha dena…needless to mention that she won’t be allowed to visit her parents because as your dharam patni…only her funeral pyre should leave your house…how as a good patni she should always walk 20 paces behind you and that a concession of 10 paces will only be permitted if she’s attached to a leash, etc. How she must always address you as “swami”…especially around your family and all of society. Tell her about how her life will be a jaanat or swarg if she commits to you…and how it can easily become a jahannam if she fails to bring a ton of jahaiz and produce a son in the first year of holy matrimony.
