Don't take me wrong but your mom is right. You should focus on your career first, because you can't live comfortably in 4k. I went to Pakistan five years ago and everything was expensive. If you are planing to get married, you need to save money for it, beside how long you will live with your parents. Even if you and your future wife decide to live with your family, you need to support your parents and future wife and kids.
In my opinion you should save some money to establish some kind of business and then get marriage. Don't rush, take your time, pray that God should give you strenght to fight against the hard time. You came out fine the first time and you can do this time too.
