Need a software to convert MP3s to WMAs

Whats the best , not to mention free, program out there that could do that? Also, i would prefer if it was able to rip CDs in WMA format aswell. Any help would be appreciated.

I could have done that myself but i need personal opinions and reviews.

why not just rename the .mp3 to .wmv

Winamp let’s you do that. Also a very good, free and full with features software is Audacity.
