Why not try to be smartest kid in your class and she will seek your help with her studies and then rest is up to you. It used to work like a charm when I was a student.

well she is kinda reserve girl, not talk to boys, thats why i am not getting even a chance to call her name should i give her my email or cell number while she going to her home?
