This is my style to make channa chaat: boiled channa, some canned kidney beans, boiled potatoes in cubes, tomato/ green chillie/ hara dhaniya/ some mint leaves finely choppped, thinly sliced onion (put a lots of salt and some water to the onion slices. After ten minutes wash them well to take the salt out. The onion slices will be soft and tasty). Add some salt, crushed chilli, lemon syrup and white vinegar. Everyone loves to eat my channa chaat…

I make mines like this with imli water but minus the kidney beans and vinegar.
