need a diet plan :(

okey my goal is to lose 10Lb. (more would be awesome) in about 7weeks.
how can i achieve this goal?

Since last month i have totally abandoned fizzy drinks
I have switched to sweetener long time ago ( only ½ teaspoon in 1 cup of milk per day)
I never went crazy on junk food but now I totally crossed it out from my diet and its been over a month now.

I am 130lb and 5’2” I started fasting for last two weeks but after all this hard work I didn’t lose a single lb…… I mean not even 1 POUND that is just sad

The type of work I do is 8hrs on sitting :S which sucks but I love my job so that’s not changing.:snooty: By the time i get home i am so worn out that its so hard to go the gym plus the gyms that are around my area are totally ripping people off… i love going for a walk… there is a walking track infront of our house but its freaking cold
I don’t eat excessively.

Morning (7am) : 1 cup of milk with sweetener / 2 slices of bread no jam or anything

Throughout the day I drink half a liter water and sometimes a little more.
sometimes an apple or a banana

Lunch cum Dinner (4pm) 1 whole wheat naan with whatever is cooked (mom don’t use too much oil so that’s not a big problem)

That’s about it…… huh thats such a sad diet plan:sadaf: i am following and its not even working. :what:

so 10lb in 7weeks? How?

I think your goal is good. First know that this requires self determination. Now I will tell you how I do diets.

First, I don’t believe in snacking. I think it’s overhyped. I am a firm believer in gaps.

So my day goes like this…

B: cereal, any kind of milk
L: a HOMEMADE meal, similar to yours. i eat 1 pita bread with whatever. FORGET RESTRAUNTS IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT
D: milk

i don’t eat anyting in the middle. So if i get hungry, i drink sugarless/milkless coffee, or diet coke (i don’t believe the reports on how diet coke makes you gain weight- i think their reasoning is very shady- (that it makes you eat more- and that just doesnt happen to me)) for fillers.

I think your plan is pretty good. just watch the cals!! AND have PATIENCE! do start out with 1 lb a week and i think you;ll be fine…

avoid junk food in totallity. Keep lettuce in the fridge- that you can have whenever. I have also found that when you’re hungry - SLEEP!!! when you’re asleep you won’t eat!

and the key to it all: SELF DISCIPLINE!!!
Keep walking. you’ll be fine inshallah! don’t give up! if you mess up and eat cheetos- in the middle—don’t grab another bag–just start from where you left off! Exmine why you ate the cheetos…was it due to stress, was it because it was just there…once you know your stimulus- avoid it.

Re: need a diet plan :(

It seems like you are starving yourself..you have to reduce your food gradually.

Try eating more fiber, complex carbohydrates, and protein.

Re: need a diet plan :(

i think you miss out the exercise which will help you lose weight. do some 30 minutes workout, you don;t have to exercise same time you can break up to make the total of 30 minutes for 3 times a week if you wish.

GJ: well as i said i have stopped all kinds of junk food and now even if its sitting there i dont eat.

Sidra: no i dont feel i am starving myself… cuz i dotn even feel hungry…

any: i guess i knew this all along but was jst ignoring it :bummer: but last time i joined gym was 3 or 4 months ago and i would work out everyday for 1hr and i was very careful with my deit… but it didnt even work

wat is wrong with me

Maybe that's your normal/natural weight? Just try to maintain it. People have different body types, and maybe that is just your nl weight. Don't try to be like those thin waifs on TV---that's there natural body; your body is just different.

As long as your eating healthy, exercising, i see no reason why you should worry!

be happy :)

Re: need a diet plan :(

i know i dont luk fat but i would like to see this number on scale when i stand on it :(

there mst be something that i am missing out on...

if you don't look fat, then who cares what the number says! there's nothing your missing on. Eat healthy, Be Happy, Live Strong!
