Yup, that's a Bunto kameez & dupatta. She's wearing her wedding outfit. And I LOVE those simple polki necklaces! Polki btw is uncut diamonds but obviously you can get regular stones put in there. An actual Polki necklace cost upward 10-40 lakh or more.
Does anyone know if you could just get that made in gold and use a few polki stones and mix w/ other stone? what would be the price for that? I think a panchlara haar and a simple polki necklace would look so badass for a baraat!

Polki are uncut diamonds, it's not the style of the necklace. It refers to the material it's made of, basically. And also, polki is really easy to replicate so what the bride up there may be wearing is a gold set w/ kundan stones or crystals since a full polki necklace, such as the posted one, cost 10 lakh plus.

kundan= glass stones
kundan jewelry is made with lac and usually the stones are set in 24k gold foil on top of the lac.
thats why there is a HUGE price difference between polki and kundan.

yes this set is from chottanis and cost 25 lacs just for the necklace and earrings !!

What if you were to use kundan/crystal stones to replicate polki set in gold? That wouldn't be too expensive, right? Like say if we wanted this exact same set but not pure polki in it?

^yes clearly you would mainly be spending money on the gold since there would be no diamonds in it. it will be much less expensive.
