The entire East hinges on Wade's shoulder, no pun intended. If he can regain form or come close to it, I think they're the favorites. If not, it's wide open.
I think Wade will be fine though, so the Heat should win this series. It's going to be close, most of their games are competitive, but I think Miami's experience will win out in the end.
aaj isi liye itni baatein ho rahi hain ke aaj ghalti se LA LAkers jeet gaye hain
inshallah next to suns hi jeetein gay
Barbosa ,stoudmire, nash kobey ko lagayein gay zabardast:dhimpak: jeetein gay suns hi jeetein gay raja bell is not bad though
LAKER PRIDE is being restored, finally some heart, some effort, some passsion. Kwame, Lamar, and Kobe did work as did Shammond's and dare I say Smush's defense.
Most fullfilling win in a very long time.
Oh the HUMANITY.
Lakers went inside and their defense was spectacular.
Finally, a great showing by the Lakers. Honestly, I thought Kobe would score big but they would get blown away. But their defense was much better than the usual and it was a victory of content.
Finally, I have a bit more time to talk about the Lakers game. It was an incredible match. Kobe was his usual self, but Kwame actually caught the ball and got it in the basket!!!
Honestly though, I can't seee them taking the Suns all the way. Game 4 and 5 are more than likely going to the Suns.
Suns, I felt, were too complacent. hey had a 17 point lead and then they got too cocky, letting Kobe and Co. back in. There was a streak of 11 points or so where Lakers totally dominated.
Nash had an awful game, scoring only 10, and that sure as hell ain't happening again. Quammy's 19 is probably going to be more than his total of the next two games. Kobe, well he's Kobe, and I won't be surprised by another 45 points next two games. But, if Suns raise their game a touch and the rest of the Lakers go back to normal, it's over.
That said, we can always hope for the best. The Lakers are 7th so I don't know why people are so pissed about their performances. They're up against a much more superior team and I'll be real pleased should they take it to 7.
PS: Man, I can't get over the cowd chanting, "Kwame, Kwame!" :D
Eighth ranked Warriors kicked the first ranked Maverick butt again today! Now, who'd have thought! :D
Tell me about it. Now imagine if Golden State eliminates them. TNT/NBA and etc etc will have a nightmare. Mavs and Suns are supposed to make it to west conf. finals, thats what everyone wants to see, will bring more revenue. Warriors who?
Ive seen Baron Davis play in college. Another fine product out of Westwood.
He did blow the bulls, one by one. especially Gordon.
Its all over for Miami. I didnt think they were gonna go to East Conf finals but i also didnt think they will get eliminated in the first round. They were a bit lucky to win the title last year to being with (IMO) riding on the back of D-wade, with Shaq and Alonzo and everyone else getting the credit as well.
