Bhaijan, some people believe that Free Judiciary means ALWAYS giving decisions against the govt.. Now that the Free Judiciary has thrown out the case against President Musharaf, they say the Judiciary is not free.
God Bless Pakistan. God Bless President Musharaf, God Bless the Free Judiciary. :janda:
The wukla community actually believed that the judges would knock Musharraf out, but in the end the CJ and the judges were only interested in keeping their their own jobs. Of course they will throw some bread crumbs like issuing suo moto notices against the govt to keep the wukla's and "awam" happy, but that's all they will do. I have said that for months - it's all about self-preservation, not high minded principles, and the sooner some people realise that, the less disappointed they will be.
All "high-minded" principles emanate from "self-preservation". Remember the "survival of the fittest"?
The only exception to the rule are the acts of suicide bombers. But again suicide bombers are not normal human beings.
Yup, the CJ will also still throw some suo moto bones to the jungli lawyers to keep them happy and some of the awam fooled, but he will go no further. After all for him and his judges it's all about self-preservation, and to hell with the "people".
