If someone is even doing such ridiculous stuff to you, I doubt it has a serious effect. And even if it does, your religion has given you a number of prayers to recite to protect yourself and make yourself feel more confident. Look them up, learn about their meanings, and recite those surahs to yourself.
There is no point in getting paranoid about people doing nazar on you. You'll never live your life.

Ok for this intensity of nazar, someone has to use professional help...you know those jadoo tona people who charge and make taveezes etc... I seriously doubt people have that much time to do all that these days.
However, if you look deeply within you, you will find a more probable cause of negative things happening in your life that are more under your control than anyone else. Don't live in that fear. Ask Allah for mercy and read the duas for nazar that our prophet (saw) read and figure out how you can take charge of the circumstances.
Yep, like PCg said.... just recite the 2 quls (Surah Falak and Surah Naas) regularly every day (Allah miyaan says ask me for protection) and think positive, dont dwell on these thoughts.
And next time this someone comes to tell you more stuff like falaan tumhein bud-dua dey raha thaa, tell them to stop telling you such crap. This person is obviously trying to mess with your head and turn you psycho or something.

The things you described is nothing to do with Nazar, when talk about Badua i do not see any relationship to Nazar at all. Unless they try to do something practical.
In any case if you still concern about Nazar here it is for anyone who suffering or suspecting Nazar.

Surah alfalaq and Al Nas are to be read together for Jaadoo, not for Nazar (there are few more surah as well.
It is better if one make routine to recite Manzil every night before sleeping, it wouldprotect from Jadoo plus Jins and may be other things as well.
Like everyone else said, pray and recite the several surahs and duas that were given to us by Allah (swt) for our protection. Even though this nazar stuff exists, NOTHING and absolutely nothing can happen without the will of Allah (swt), so just have faith in Him.. this thought alone should give you a lot of comfort. Most importantly though, you need to be positive.. trust me, it makes all the difference in the world. Also as someone else suggested, look for the real underlying issues for whatever is going wrong in your life.

unless and until you have done something wrong to someone no amounts of BAD DUA can work on you. BAD DUA is like 'what goes around comes around"
I can think of black magic over here but again it's a very sinful thing to do and I am certainly not in a position to judge if it's black magic or not.
please take broken engagement as a positive thing only Allah knows what He has saved you from. A broken engagement is much better than broken marriage. No need to feel devastated about a broken engagement.
