Naz fashion bug has one of the worst customer services I've ever had. I understand taking a few days to answer back emails, but I was promised at first that outfits would be made in my budget and then we started exchanging emails back and forth deciding on kaam and all that. Then, after a few weeks "Naz" decided that she couldn't make the outfits to fit in my budget anymore. =/ and told me that she misquoted me...and I was ready to purchase 2/3 outfits! What awful service. No wonder I haven't seen many "ravers" of Naz fashion bug on gs.
Re: Naz Fashion Bug ( Pakistani Designer dresses for sale)
My experience has been the opposite of yours. I had such a wonderful experience with her a few weeks ago. I called her last minute and she was unavailable on the friday to see me due to a fashion show so she booked me in on Saturday morning even though she had a late night and took the saturday off to rest.
She knows her work and is very customer service oriented. I love her stuff as she does one off pieces that stand out. I bought a really kewl kaftan looking outfit with soo much detail. I have previoulsy ordered from another lady who sells clothes from her basement. After I gave the order and recieved it I was then told it would cost $50 more for the outfit. Atleast she told you before you recieved the outfit it was going to cost more and so you have the ability to walk away and find a new outfit or someone who can make it in your budget.
In my opinion, what I didn't like was that we had exchanged emails for "several" weeks-- exchanging ideas about the outfits and the whole time we were discussing details so the outfits "DO" fit in my budget. We were having good communication and everything, then she returns from "vacation" and tells me that she can't work in my budget. What a waste of my time! I could have spent that time working with a more reliable designer or she should have told me from the start that it wasn't possible to work in my budget, and I could have asked someone else.
