Only PPP and PML-n have majorities in you know where while no one is even talking about balochistan. Has Pakistan given up on that province? Gawadar hasn't been connected to the northern areas for trade with China, since afghanistan won't work, and I don't know what is going on with Reko Dik.
no one is talking about balochistan "here" on this forum, but there is active lobbying going on to form govt in that province. highest count of seats, as of yesterday was of PKMAP, close runners were JUIF and PMLN, a good number of Independents. PMLNs inclination was luring Independents first to leave behind the other two significant parties to take higher grounds in negotiation with nationalist parties if need be.
How about giving the nation what it loves, respect and worship the most — “mofahemat ki siyasat”? Let us not forget the taunts he was subjected to for having no eletables in his party. And let us also be aware of the jibes he received for welcoming electables. People did not give him a mandate good enough to form a government of his own and staying out of power would be equal to an invitation for more mockery that he did not have guts to run a province, let alone a country.
KPK is going to be an acid test for Imran and no one knows it better than him. He has already been declared a failure even before taking a start. One generally gets two options — take it or leave it. In Imran’s case, he will be castigated no matter what.
**On a side note: **PTI people are always quick to uphold principles and start criticising its leadership for the slightest slide it makes. On the other hand, if you see Noon League and PPP followers, they simply never criticise their leaders in open and remain religiously steadfast with their party. There are things called tactical retreats and political maneuverings. Allow your leadership some space to navigate through the muddy waters of Pakistani politics.
so whats the lesson learnt? you cannot make everyone happy no matter what, so why compromise on the very principle on which your whole campaign was built? that’s my point, no matter how plays his cards, people will criticize. if criticism is like the article you shared, and like giving positions to non-clean and/or lotas, they it shatters the belief of party workers on their new-found leader, which is something PTI cannot afford.

Party workers should also know about their whereabouts. The society they are part of and how to survive in it. To change the system, you must become a part of it. The other option is what Dar Qadri tried — change the system from outside. PTI workers must give its leadership some space as neither leadership is angelic, nor the workers and not at all the system. When you make a century in cricket, you always start from a single-digit score. I am not saying that PTI should composise on its principles, but it should be allowed to have its programmes impleneted. And for that to happen, it must come in power.
