no justification for that. but fact is PTI would have lost this seat that would affect position in NA. This is where IK is struggling to get his party out of that ‘electable’ syndrome. No short term fixes. But on the other hand, you have an old worker of PTI, gul bacha khan, is getting a ticket from NA-1. Similarly Engineer Adil Nawaz is another young candidate getting the nod.

IK nominated Asad Umar for NA 48. Which on one hand is dangerous because he is not a ‘local’ while on the other hand a totally selfless and deserving candidate and someone who is a MUST for NA no matter which party he contests from.

PTI is somewhere in the middle of ‘old politics’ & ‘change’ when it comes to candidate selection.

however i was thinking, will this really work? a very small minority of our people would be able to properly use this service in real sense (i mean not abuse it). and how are they going to regulate the incoming requests! this is a BIG task to do, not easy. well done KP if it works.

Javed Hashmi was also an outsider in NA-48, but he got votes on behalf of his party. I think Asad Umar would be able to received same electoral treatment in NA-48 as Javed Hashmied got.

That's a weighty observation. Had the politics of electables not entrenched in our political landscape, IK would have never entertained any electable. But I am glad that he did not follow Tahir-ul-Qadri and opted out of the system. The only constitutional and legal way to change the system actually lies within the system. Dr Qadri decided to change it from outside and become an outsider himself.

IK after all is a human being. making mistakes and learning from them is not a bad thing as some people think. Don't know why his hard-core followers want to make him look like some angel who can never make a mistake. A step in the right direction. All public schools in KPK will be taught Aitchison college syllabus. It will take some time to sink in, no doubt, but uniformity is the name of the game.

**NOWSHERA: Khyber Pakh-tunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khan Khattak Tuesday said that the government would introduce uniform syllabus from the next academic year.

Speaking as a chief guest at the award distribution ceremony at a school here, he said that the curriculum of the Aitchison would be introduced at all the state-run schools.The move would improve the standard of the government schools and the public confidence in the government schools would be restored, he said, adding the government would not compromise on the standard of education.

“We have decided to put an end to the political interference in transfer and posting of teachers. A teacher will retire from the same school where his appointment is made,” he said, adding promotion of the teachers would be linked to his or her performance. The government school will have a teacher for 30 to 40 students, he maintained.

Pervez Khattak said that bringing uniformity in the curriculum of the public and private schools would provide equal opportunities to the students.The chief minister said private educational institutions were serving the society by providing quality education to the students. However, he added, that the government schools would not lag behind after the introduction of the planned reforms.

Nahi baba...I can give you a list of blunders Imran did in previous years. No one is immune to misktes. But he is rigorously sincere...rang'baaz nahi hey doosrey politicians ke tarah.

As far as I know, you need a minimum B.Ed in order to teach at a public school. 2 of my cousins teach at public schools, and they both are M.Ed.

You must be talking about danish schools.

Minimum B.Ed :omg: Kabhi unn schools ka dora karain to pata chal jay ga Astaza ka mayaar, aur BTW B. Ed walla bhi Aitchison tou door key baat hay LGS ya Beacon House ka Syllabus bhi naheen parh sakta :barbie: waisay maira dost bhi double MA, MBA and M Ed. kar kay Govt Primary School Dhanoot main parha raha hay :cobra:

Pahlay Qualified Teachers ka taqarur karwaya jay instead of Political based teachers phir kuch banay ga :cobra: Aab Allah ka Wasta Oxford University ka syllabus nah apply kar wa dain jo thoray buhat B.Ed aur M. Ed ho rahay hain woh bhi band ho jain gaiay :omg:
