I don’t think so. They probably do end taking up jobs, but it is not their responsibility, just like rescue services isn’t their domain, but they end up rescuing the flood victims because there no other facilities are available.

Thanks for clearing this up. This and the NTS is genuinely one of the things I’m liking from KPK
and I wasn’t trying to troll or derail the thread.
