Nawaz Sharif’s wife operated in Delhi
NEW DELHI: Exiled former Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s wife Kulsoom on Tuesday underwent knee surgery at Fortis hospital in New Delhi. The knee replacement surgery was performed by Dr Ashok Rajgopal on 56 year old Kulsoom who was admitted on Sunday.
Kulsoom has stood firmly behind Nawaz Sharif, who was deposed by Pervez Musharraf, then army chief, in October 1999. Sharif alongwith his family was sent to Saudi Arabia under an understanding he reached with Musharraf.
When contacted, Fortis Chairman Dr Shavinder Mohan Singh said “patient information is confidential and we do not comment on it”. However, hospital sources said the operation was carried out successfully on Tuesday and she was recuperating. Kulsoom had not accompanied Sharif when he returned to Pakistan last month. However, Sharif was bundled out from the airport back to Saudi Arabia within hours.

His motive of posting is different. He wants to show the supremacy of India over Pakistan and as well as KSA! And off-course this should be an eye-opener for us - and those who support jahahides who want to bring us back into stone age.

When the so called *leaders *of Pakistan don't like to belittle their exalted highnesses by allowing lowly Pakistan the honour of being their primary choice of residence, medical treatment, education of their children, retirement, or, being 'leaders of the masses' they claim to be, even prison, what does it show...?
