While Pakistani consulate people are enjoying ‘vacations’ in the US, Indians lobby very hard with US lawmakers for their interests.

No, I think it is more than that. It is Pakistan’s inability to say “NO” like telling them that the justice system would do its work in Shakil Afridi’s case. Oh wait, we just did that in the Raymond Davis case!
