Under what law is he allowed to use the punjab government helicopter to go to gilgit, and why is he being provided protocol, such as shutting down the road, when he is moving in Lahore, These crooks are destroying the economy.
The thing is I can fill pages and pages of his abuse of power, but it will do no good, he will continue, to do so, and punjab government will continue to use police to get him votes....

LAHORE: The Punjab government abolished the Special Intelligence Agency (SIA) and a notification was issued on Saturday in this regard. The notification said the SIA had been abolished and all officials posted at it had been directed to report to the Inspector General of Police, Punjab. The SIA was working under the supervision of the Punjab Home Department. It was established to deal with heinous crimes, including terrorism.
Can any one tell that under which law this new deptt was created and under which law this was abolished ?
(Remember there was a big blast last month in its Lahore office after which people came to know about this organization and after which SS requested Taliban to not to attack Punjab because both are ................ ( And they are stopped)

The government of Punjab province has been paying the salaries of Pakistan Muslim League-N chief Nawaz Sharif’s personal staff members, a private TV channel disclosed yesterday. The channel revealed in its report that the staff members who were being paid by the PML-N government included the former prime minister’s Public Relations Officer Rai Riaz, his secretary, the cameraman and the photographer. The salary of Riaz and personal secretary is said to be Rs75,000 each, while his photographer and cameraman are being paid Rs35,000 each, the channel reported. Riaz is also working as a consultant at the Directorate General of Public Relations.

when media is not doing its duty, someone has to. PPP and others parties are taken care of by Media if they do these kinds of things in fact they blow everything out of proportion but for some-reason media (specially GEO/Hamid Mir/Shahid Masood) let go NS :)

Not only Politicians Hanibal. Anybody who has looted the country, indulged in corruption and more important abused the power they have had for personal gain to make life miserable for the Pakistani people deserves to go to hell and Inshallah they will.

What about the Sarkari PTV station which is practically a mouth piece of the Zardari/PPP government. Even the jobs there are based on how well you are connected with PPP. I have a child-hood friend who is working as a senior director at PTV. His main qualification is that he is related to Zardari by marriage.

If I was ‘aasteen ka samp’ I would name him :-). He is not a close friend. But we went to the same school. Lost touch after Metric, for many years and reconnected a few years ago. Our group of friends make fun of his connection to Zardari but he is unashamed and enjoying life.
Why would there be a surprise in this? This is extremely common in Pakistan. Not only this one person but take any senior level position in a government run institution in Pakistan (Like PTV, APP, PIA) and you will find many political appointees or through nepotism.
Just recently there was a news item where Pakistan’s ambassador to Syria Aminullah Raisani appointed his sister (or someone from his Baloch tribe) as Principal of Pakistani School in Damascus. Here is the link:
