On the same note, they 'militants' being killed every day in drone attacks deserve to be tried in Pakistan before being handed death sentence, at least.

you're rite but alot of millitants are killed in crossfires,no body is taken into custody(to my knowledge)and triled or shown in media....or details of them being shown or printed in our newspapers....we've being fighting since years but did we've been able to caught some millitants n put to trial???

in the country fundamentalists killers lunatics terrorists are honoured by name mujahid, shahada, jehadi, which judge is going to risk his life by convicting , osama, kansi, and last but not least the killer of taseer qadri , even lawyers were shouting slogans in favour of qadri. by now all of you must be aware about where is the judge who sentenced qadari ?

Unfortunately, tt's a bitter truth and a big reality. What you said is absolutely right. But it does not legalize extra-judicial killings or extradition.
