The Navy is planning to establish a war college at Jati Umra. I’m not sure of the exact location. Any info guys?

It’s good news that a new war college is being planned, but, i disagree with the location. Any Naval War College must be near the sea. There are many arguments. The basic, simplest and most imp is the fact that the Navy would end up draining millions in transporting and lodging all officers on course every year at least once when they’d have to take part in exercises, war games and simulations as part of the course. They’d all be brought near the sea, accomodated in various messes. It will be too expensive in terms of time, energy and resources. yes, it may not be any significant loss, but there will be some undeniable loss. And that’s what officers are taught on courses. To execute operations most effectively with best conservation of logistics.
