is there anything that works for nausea during pregnancy? any desi ‘nuskas’?

i've heard off my mom: take a fresh lemon, cut in half, sprinkle some salt on top and lick!

for me ginger biscuits were the best remedy

Crackers first thing in the morning and sips of ginger ale during the day.
