A few weeks ago when Pakistan beat Australia Chilli started a thread how flukes destroy the pleasure in sports and Asif-K agreed with him. I think after this victory by India I will have to agree with Chilli that flukes destroy all the charm in sports.
This was the best match I ever saw.
Great Play by Yuvraj And Kaif.
Kaif was simply superb.Never saw someone chasing such a huge score without any non-cricketting short. He was perfect, played all good short,no slogging
.
Seniors like (Sachin,Rahul, ganguly and Stupid Kumble) should learn from youngesters.
they just demonstrated how to chase a big target.
Kaif for President.
And Harbhajan for Punjab Chief Misnister..
ha ha

dont jump out of yor pant.
I dont have unrealistic expectation from him as you guys do. I dont expect him to win every match.Today he played a very bad shot and needs to be criticized.Any criticizm doenst take away hsi greatness from him.
So take it easy !!!
Thats THE POINT. No one is taking away greatness (not that anyone can) from Tendulkar. He for sure is a great player but you guys were never agreed upon the fact that HE IS NOT WINNING THE MATCHES (the big ones) for INDIA these days (well not that he was doing it before but if he was good b4, he is poor now).
I didnt watch the match but from the total england posted, I can imagine it must have been pretty exciting... How many balls did India have to spare before they scored the winning run?
Talking about Tendulkar, I can forgive him for evertything except for the way he threw his wicket away with an amateurish shot against the Pakis in that unforgetful Madras test match (when India had all but won the match and ended up losing by 12 runs). What pissed me more was the sight of Pakis taking a victory lap as if they deserved winning that match... and the crowd giving them a standing ovation further reinforcing their belief perhaps... another example of how one single ball can decide whether a team gets bouquets or brickbats.
This has to be one of the best chases in cricketing history... Ive still not seen the matches, but thats what I can judge by the score board and ur reactions!

Yes..it was a great chase Spock.
Considering that India was 146/5 while chasing 325. Only last pair of batsmen Yuvraj & Kaif were left to score so manuy runs.At one point asking rate was arond 8.5/Over.
