My take on diet plan is … cut 100% rice from your diet. (Initially.. but you can get back rice once you are in control but don’t take too much)
Breakfast and lunch… eat larger portion in day light…
Dinner should be taken around 7 or 8 Pm. Early in time and less in food portion will always be good.
Drink lot of water.
10 minute brisk walk around after noon before lunch…
Eating too less or too much is not right way to reduce weight. Eat right amount of food is called healthy diet…
Portion diet is also good…you divide your snake time.. and digest them…
