Natural Ways to Cure Nausea

I always get nauseated while fasting and it usually lasts for a few hours after I break my fast.. Does anyone have any tried and tested tips on how to curb the nausea? ??

I have heard smelling cirtrus fruit like lemons or oranges helps.

Fennel tea does wonders, try it.
