Re: natural Starch..
its called "chawal ki pich"
when you boil rice and drain them. Reserve the water and use it as starch for clothes.
Re: natural Starch..
well im confused cuz whn we boil ricve we add oil, dalchini, whole pepper, cardamons, wagera...wagera..and salt...
to phir dont thye have smell??
Re: natural Starch..
Well I dont put all these things in plain boiled rice, so I dont know about the smell.
I dont even put oil while the rice are being boiled. As a matter of fact I dont put oil in plain rice at all. But my MIL adds the oil after draining the rice and when she's putting them on dum.
Re: natural Starch..
offcourse u coudnt use this pich for starching cloths otherwise people ask for the perfume u use.
u can use cornfloor or ararott ka aatta for starch too. dissolve cornfloor in water and cook it until it becoms a paste and use it for starch .
Re: natural Starch..
how can i spread a paste??? on my clothes???:S
Re: natural Starch..
I think you should stick to spray starch :p
you mix some amount of the paste with water. First fill the tub/bucket with some water, add some of that paste. Mix it with your hands. Dip the cloth in water. Then put it outside in air and let it dry.
Re: natural Starch..
if it gets dried...itll geet difficult to iron.,..phir how do i iron....im sorry im askign so many questions :D
Re: natural Starch..
While ironing you spray water on your
startched clothes.
Re: natural Starch..
dsnt it effect the brightness of coloured clothes..like dark ones..black..blue..
Re: natural Starch..
yes pyaric its very difficult to iron these cloths so iron them whne they r little wet, because once they dry it will become difficult to iron them,so spin these cloths but dont dry and iron them.that is the only reson that i use starch spary.
sometimes if the paste dont dissolve perfectly in water than it will effect the dark cloths not faint their colour but u will see white spots on it which go away after washing them so dissolve hot paste in water.
Re: natural Starch..
How about starch spray? Its light enough to not make u look like u are wearing cardboard clothes and ur clothes won;t crack either :D
