Do you want to use it as a hair dye or to decorate your hands?

chorni....my mum n khala boil sikakai in water n i think amlay too ....n strain it n fill in bottles keep in fridge ....whenever they need they add it to hinna n then add a bit of black tea n then some lemon juice/vinegar apply it on hair , early morning n tie a scarf on head .... just before zuhr they wash it off n they have lovely hair ...!!!:)
henna instructions for hands:
create a mixture with henna and tea water
apply to hands.
once the design sets, dip a cotton ball into sheera (sugar and lemon mixture) and applying gingerly into hands to gently moisten in, but not too much to bleed the henna. dry. repeat. dry.
scrape off and apply almond (or any kind) of oil. color will eventually darken.
Afia what’s sikakai? ![]()

Doesn;t the cone mehndi always come out dark and intricate??? Mine always turns really really dark by the end of the first day after washing it off. Actually I think it turns black-brugundy. I think it burns my skin. I guess natural mehndi is better afterall!
I'd like to know how to get those colored designs featured in images 3! Multi-color mehndi. Oo - my life is all about the colorful stuff, lately!
:D
