Abstinence is the only 100% way to avoid pregnancy.

All other methods of birth control - natural or man made still have risk of pregnancy.

What you haven't heard? The famous matar pillau method.

Here is what you need

2 kilo matar
2 pyaz
2 tsp Zeerra
Rice (soaked)

Make mater pulao. Eat the pulao and make your partner eat the pulao until you are completely full and cannot eat another bite and you cannot move from eating excessive matar pulao.

Since you cannot move, don't do anything and avoid pregnancy. :)
