natural and simple weight loss tips

regularly go for a 30 minutes brisk walk 3 times a week.

drink plenty of cold water
if possible, have black tea after meals ( helps burns fat and helps in digestion, even hot water)
include more fiber in diet
have minimal sweet
skim dairy only
eat more nuts and fruits (berries)
absolutely avoid intermealing with junk foods. instead have salad.

minimal fried or salty foods especially mixed in with flour and fattening stuffings, dressings and dips
yoga at least 3 times a week - diff poses and stretches for bettr tone up and calming the body
weight training - hold dumbbells and do abdominal excercises
10 proper crunches for toned muscles in limbs & to burn away abdominal fat

stop eating 3 hours before sleep at night.

these will help have a nice difference in your weight as well as make you feel very good about body image.

good tips but y go through all this when u can just go back to yr 12 for a few months?? i lost five kilos in abt 3 months :(

i started my salad and fruit diet yesterday.. and offcourse 30 min cardio three times a week... lets see how long this last..
i just cant do water... it just sits on my desk and i dont drink it :( need to work on that

Dushwari are you sure it,s black tea cos I think I heard green tea or lemon tea after meals, not sure though...

I totally agree with dushwari on all the points...I lost quite alot following basically these tips...the more u get carried into eating certaing foods the more hard it gets....

I think it should be more about avoiding unhealthy foods and going for the healthy ones...

As for the tea....I used to have a mug of Green tea after ever meal...that really helped...

black or green tea without milk and sugar will be good.

another good flavor is jasmine white and lemon grass tea, something really de stressing is egyptian tea.

All noteworthy suggestions. White tea usage is rare these days. If one has a choice in choosing between green or white, the latter has a higher dosage of antioxidants and is quite tasty, too.
