One random dilemma I am having a problem deciding - what do you guys think …
Natth
Mom wants WANTS me to wear it - forcing me basically
MIL would not mind .. but no one in her family wore it like her older bahu or daughter - she wont say no if i wud wana wear it but i think she wud rather keep me away from it
fiance hates things like those on my face
I think brides opt out of wearing it nowadays and I will already be wearing a jhoomer and tika prolly - and I dont have any issues of wearing or not wearing it … what shud i do? it DOES suit me. should I ? or is it OTT ?
sweets if i knew what to do i wudnt have posted :D ... a part of me does and a part of me doesnt ... it looks good on me but i dont want to look over the top since toooo filled up brides - i doesnt likes :)
i just wana know if you guys think itll be Over the top keeping in mind a modern bridal look.
If you have a small face, your face may look a bit too crowded, Try it all on maybe and see how it looks?
Having said that, the naath doesn't suit everyone so if it looks good on you, then i'd make use of it.
It also depends on your outfit and style of jewellery - if it's a modern look then no.
i wish i cud share a picture of me with a nose piercing .. i got a cold and had to remove it then it closed down and i cant get another one again .. it DOES suit me and I have a medium face .. lol
Thanks for the advice MH ...... ure right modern look - No. I think i can do well without it ... but mom's gona be real sad =|

Alright then wear it coz it will give you that traditional & classy look n you said it looks good on you too :) but I personally don't like naths, one can not eat food properly with barii waali naths you know what i mean :D
LOL ^ food!!! agreed! although i dont plan to eat but its a hassle too .. that too ill have the one with a clip-on =s ..anyone got experience with those kinds? are they hard to manage .. and do they ruin the bride's look ?
yeah nose ring babes!! ... the clippers ones hurt . .and MH just confirmed that sooo ... ill just wear a miniature clipper with chain going to the hair/ear where ever it goes to LOL
^^ shadii karwaney chalein hain hummm ... we dont even know how to wear it !! hehe ..
old women supposedly cudnt do without a nath .. shesh
Im thinking the same yay or nai i love my nose stud i feel naked without it lol but not too sure on the big nose rings.! They big round ones look lovely but only if ur jewellary isnt overcrowding your face.!
agreeed!! ^^ my pictures in OCT will be giving the final verdict then :D!! hehe ...
im looking at decent sized tika and jhoomar .. so they should not be so huge looking .. and that will give the natth a better look but its the same dilemma shud i or shud i not go thru the trouble cuz i dont even have a hole in my nose ..
waise my mum wore a nose ring and o my effing gosh she looked so brilliant.
haina?
now i knw where this whole affair of natth addiction comes from .. my mum wore it too and yeah she luked gorgeous! the not so avg bride kind .. and she wore red so she is of the opinion that dulhan sajtee hee red lehngey and natth sey hai lol
i will wear everything and start taking off whatever looks absurd i guess :)
but for her .. ill wear the slimmest lil clippy nath custom made or something lol!
I wore a nath and I loved it. i mean, there's really NO other time ni your life that ull get to wear a nath and not look like an idiot...so if u like it, go ahead I say.
I know naths are soo dulhanish!! They make her stand out and they can just look so regal. Maybe I am old fashioned but there is such a beauty in and nazukpan in a nath. Go for it!!
