Does some one know the working of the NCA – does it have any full time coaches. When I mean coaches I mean proper professional qualified coaches attached to it? They may have built a nice building with the latest facilities to go with it but has it achieved any results? It seems to me that PCB is simply following other countries rather than leading i.e. building an academy but doesn’t seem to know how to professionally run it. Who do you think should be the head coach of the NCA. The head coach should be some one who is professionally qualified and understands sports science etc. This means no to so called coaches like Javed Miandad, Intikham Alam, Waqar Younis, Aqib Javed, Mudasar Nazar etc. They may be able to offer tips or advise but do they know understand other areas i.e. sports psychology and sports technology etc which top coaches use in their training methods.

There are only two kinds of coaches - those who have been fired and those who will be fired
