^ its supposed to be provincial conference, parties who are either in govt or in opposition in KP. true that it cannot be called "National consensus" but also true that MQM has no role there. They or any other party can be invited as observer though
but to be honest, i don't think its right time for this conference. we just had one APC where PTI and all other major parties were present, barely two weeks ago, and 2 days ago we have seen statement from a PMLN guy that talks have begun, no mention of where with whom and how, but some activity at least. and now KP is all set to beef up province security while talks progress or regress.

Agreed....when someone doesn't deliver then another someone has to step up.
The problem in this case is that, unless something has changed, PTI does not currently have what it takes to step up and deliver a solution.
Besides.....a conference should be just that....a conference where you invite those that do not share the same views to attend so that, at the very least, you can show them the wisdom in your approach and potentially benefit from even one sensible voice from their side.
The fear of becoming "just another party" is fast becoming reality for PTI.......

Black freaking water agents.
raw... etc etc
But if they even doing what they are doing, we will die inside. Our next generation would forget what the normal is.
Now at least we know what we are trying to protect, what we need to change.
If we don't try we wont know how weak we are.
We can not sit and let things ripe, and hope it wont rot. That approach was good back in the days, but now with so many forces involved we have to do what ever we can.

IK is dumb but not that dumb. He very well understands that fingering a lion will bring what kind of wrath. He is in very good books of Royal Family of England, will never jeopardize his friendship with them.
