Babe: Hafeez and Saeed Ajmal, both had suspected bowling action. They can not bowl in WC, even though Saqlain corrected Saeed action but he was not comfortable to play because he needed more practice with his new action.

“Management” did not send hafeez back. He was injured and unfit to play and had to be replaced. Why would you send “bowler” as a replacement for “batsman” and that too an opener?

Hafeez could not bowl (stopped by ICC) and Ajmal was cleared too late to play competitive cricket.

I thought Mohammad Hafeez was already selected for the WC. He couldn't play because of his knee injury. Saeed Ajmal's ban was uplifted the next day when the management selected Nasir.
