okay not sure about the name of the lady, but just saw this footage on ARY news, about a lady who climbed a thousand meter (or more who knows) Khamba somewhere in Pakistan to protest the dahshat gardi (or whatever) and to reciet Quran up there. The rescue team and wapda ppl plus a large gathering crowd gathers up to witness the anokha waqia. They bring her down, and slap her away to a mental asylum right away after rescuing her.
Hell! Just cuz a poor lady, who’d not be heard otherwise gathers the courage to come up with a brilliant idea and yet to climb up so high a pole of such danger and crap, is brought down to be labled ‘crazy!’ Why the obnoxious display of such blatant sexist prejudice.
Grrr I’m so blazing utterly mad at this unfairness. Just cuz its not expected of a ‘supressed woman’ not to protest in such a fashion is thrown and locked up in a cyco cage, so the others dare not venture and act upon such notions? idiots! idiots. I can eat 'em all alive, heck I’d love to roast 'em first
It’d make much more saner sense, if they’d do the same with the jahil dunkeys that are protesting in such imprudent manner over the cartoons of Hazrath Mohammad swl lil lah ho alay hay wasalam. Who are bringing more misery to their own nation by burning all the buildings and killing so many innocents. Duffers!
DB, your protest is worthy. However, its wasted here on GS. Can I recommend a pole for you to climb to protest this dastardly action of authorities in Pakistan?
Few years ago a guy climbed the Asif Jah’s Tomb in Shahdra, that 16 or 18 years old guy wanted to be “Imran Khan”. The tomb is around 180 metres tall and looks pretty difficult to climb it without support.
Anyway, point is … this is stupid to do. This woman put her life at risk, what if she would have fallen before reaching the top, making it a suicide case?
