So i was at sephora right…and I tried on nars foundation and omg im in love! it goes on soooo nicely and feels amazing! i wanted to buy the shade “stromboli” soo bad but at $42…i was heartbroken! thats like a pair of jeans and a shirt! lol…but one day..it will be an investment trust me 
i totally recommend it for bridal foundation! its perfect
do you guys use it…what do u think?

i heard about it. im waiting for my sephora to get it in march and cant wait to try samples! i'm thinking bout the sheer glow one, the reviews on makeupalley are awesome!

It is a good foundation. I had two samples, one from NARS and another from MUF. They are quite similar in terms of quality and coverage ... I ended up getting MUF only cause I feel I need heavier coverage now ... but NARS is a really good alternative. I would recommend it to everybody.

I tried the Nars sheer matte foundation last time I went to blue waters. and I was quite happy with the results. found it quite similar to the Macs Mineralize satinfinish foundation

sheer glow has a bit of a "brightness" to it...whereas matte is more suitable for a wedding or even a bridal makeup. I really like both of them. luv it actually

does the sheer glow have nice coverage? I wanted to try MAC, im using MAC studio fix right now. But I have really dry cheeks and oily t-zone, so i just dont know which one to go for, sheer or matte??

i'd like to switch to a new foundation, and i'm thinking of giving this a try. i love my mac, i've used it for a while...but i just can't deal with the color changing anymore. my skin is super oily, so my only concern is, is the nars matte foundation matte enough for very oily skin?
Is your skin oily after using mattifying gels/balms too?

^i tried mac's oil control lotion and my skin was still oily. i tried 2 diff things from sephora, one was from dior and i can't remember the other but they felt like leather on my skin. it was hard to put foundation on top of that and once i did..i was oil free for about an hr and then the oil would show up again. it made my foundation crease and my skin would look flakey, it was not pretty.
