Every time I hear/read this statement, I feel so ashamed of my self that it is even hard to see myself in the mirror.

I do get naraaz but only momentarily, I vent my anger there and then. I've never held a grudge.

I just got naraz at a caller from some will writing company and made him victim of my rage. 
Well it’s his fault, so many times I have told them that I’m not interested but they keep calling me so I told him that if I had survived without parents as a child(without any will involved) then why can’t my kids survive without their parents! He got a bit scared I guess.
