I disgree with him. He sounds very proud by saying that he hasn’t seen any murshid who have certain qualities. He needs to meet Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqubi, Abdal Hakim Murad and Habib Ali al-Jifri. 
well man there is some thing in these silsalas of Sufism because jo may nay parha hay us kay mutabiq Sufis comletely follow one of the four major madhabs such as Shaikh Abdul Qadir and Imam Ghazali use to follow Hanbali Fiqh and Hazrat Ali Hajveri use to follow Hanafi Fiqh so they dont bring some thing new but they have given some new terms only

Imam Ghazali (r) was of the Shafi' madhab, his works are on the shafi' madhab. :)
Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani (r) was of the shafi' madhab then later switched to hanbali madhab for the fear of it dying out (afaik)..
