I have hired nannies to come to my home when I've had to go somewhere and have had them come to my hotel if we have been out of town. I usually go through a certified agency. I've done that several times and I love it. Some of the nannies work full time at peoples homes on a regular basis, and from what I hear, it is a great arrangement because you have a dedicated person taking care of your child in the comfort of your own home. These ladies have a complete background check, police and driving record, they are CPR certified, first aid certified and are trained in several areas of child education and development.
