LAHORE: The Lahore outlet of the world renowned South African Franchise Nando’s in Pakistan, with its famous flame-grilled peri-peri chicken, was honored recently as “The Best Nando’s restaurant in the Subcontinent” after the unprecedented successful launch of the Captain’s Choice meal promotion.
Captain’s choice meal was the latest promotion offered by Nando’s which offered the chance to win a Jonty Rhodes autographed cricket bat. Launched in November 2007, the promotion was a great hit and attracted thousands of customers all over the sub-continent who are not only crazy about the tantalizing food served at value-for-money prices but also the family dining experience.
“We are really honored that Nando’s Lahore has been awarded the best store with Nando’s – Karachi (SMCHS) in the 3rd place in the whole sub-continent. We are not only in a tough competition against other restaurants around the world but also our own for providing and sustaining its renowned dining experience and the quality of food; and we have proven it again”, said Samar Mirza, Manager Marketing Nando’s.

nando's is portuguese. how is it pakistani food? it's liked by desis cuz it's so damn spicy and it's chicken. 2 ingredients guaranteed to be immediate favs.

Ok first of all…Nando’s is not lahori food. It’s a restaurant IN lahore, that serves wonderful food..but its NOT lahori food. And second, the Lahore location of Nando’s being the best in the subcontinent is NOT the same thing as Nando’s being the best restaurant in teh subcontinent.
If anything, this article is highlighting the good service of the employees at the restaurant and management but nto the food itsself as being typical lahori food.

May na Karachi ka nam liya na Lahore ko bura kaha hai. May nay sirf iss baat ko highlight kiya "baqi sab lallu panju". All over Pakistan, we have good foods and dishes - Quetta, Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Multan etc.
