Government has started operating the plant at the cost of Rs 40/unit. I wonder what the cost would be when it's operational on furnace oil. Gauging the cost component I really don't understand the need to go for this project. We still have more than enough install capacity, the two issues are cost of production which causes circular debt and crap transmission/distribution system.
