Does anyone know the meaning of the following names:
Zawiya - I’ve already googled it and the meaning is ‘slim beauty’… Don’t know what exactly that means
Abeeha - nickname name give to Bibi Fatima meaning ‘her father’ .
Fatima (AS), the daughter of the Prophet Muhammed (SAW), was nicknamed Umm Abiha (Her father’s Mother) by him because she used to care about and look after him so much.
I want to know if there is any authentic source quoting this.

Both name sounds nice but if you want an honest opinion then let me give you mine. Zawiya sounds like a nice name but if you are urdu speaking zawiya in urdu mean “point of view” I heard of name abia but not abeeha . I have also read that there is no proven backup of abeeha being bibi fatima’s laqab. If I chose tgat name I will look more in to it.

The name Umm Abeeha has been mentioned in my son’s Islamic Studies book (Sunday school madrassa here in the US) as being the nick name of Hazrat Fatima. About Zawiya, the menaing of the name is not nice in my opinion, equating thinness with beauty is very superficial.
